Spammy Dofollow Edu Blog comment backlinks

I had no idea what to name the title, hence the weird name given 
I happened to browse through a blog and saw a wonderful post given by atniz regarding bad neighbourhood education blog list. At least that is how he name these blogs.
Instead of me trying to crack my brains to explain to u what they are, take a look at this link.

In basic terms, it is a
- edu blog, great for backlinking.
- high PR post, it has a PR5 on the page
- it is a Dofollow blog.
Wow Wow. Sees good? Time to get leave your backlinks immediately?
My advice is not to. the page is heavily comment and it look more like a link farm to me. With all the crappy links , adult and gambling backlinks post on the page, instead of giving benefits, google might even drop your position from the SERPs
Hence, forget about leaving your backlinks comments on such dofollow edu blog. They are just too spammy for me.
