Adsense Daily Challenge Day 30 – Wordpress Problems

After the end of a painful niche yesterday, i manage to find a 1 page website easily today. I am referring to the creation of the content for the website.
However, i did had some difficulties in solving some of the wordpress issues which i had encountered while creating this new website.
If you notice, recent post in wordpress does not have a heading. And I had tried to add a header tag <h4> tag to my recent posts and could not done that despite me sourcing the internet for a couple of hours.
I came pretty close and discovered that the answer lies somewhere in the “Theme Functions” which is functions.php
Along the way, i messed up my theme and had to revert and undo the changes several times, which got me worked up with sweats.
In the end, i gave up and process to attach a heading tag to the recent posts and decided to manually add a “text box” to the sidebar under the “widgets” section.
In the text box, was my privacy page and the link to the only post. And this time, it is tagged with a h4 tag which i needed.
