Day 64 – Wordpress Wp admin error and merry xmas

Something weird with several of my wordpress blog that are upgraded to version 2.9. For some reason  domain/wp-admin is unable to work, giving me an error message stating that

“The connection was reset.
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.“

i have tried using domain/wp-login and the command fails to work too. Got me worked out in sweats, as i have not backup my wordpress database in quite some time. I check my File manager and my files are still intact. And i have tried this trick and it work.

Instead of typing domain/wp-admin, type in Domain/wp-admin/index.php and this solves my problem and i was able to login to wordpress admin page.

I figure this out to be an error only for version 2.9 as i had some old WP blogs that are working fine. Those blog are created prior to version 2.9
